Apartment located on the 1st floor with lift comprising an entrance, a living room-kitchen lounge area (pull-out sofa 2 single beds with leveling) opening onto a corner balcony, a bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm), a bathroom bathroom (bath), separate WC. Free access to the swimming pool of the residence (during the opening periods of the residence). Sauna with paid access and reservation at the reception of the residence. Private box in the basement. At the entrance to the village, on the edge of the road, the location of the Belles Roches residence allows you to travel on foot, by shuttle or by chairlift (depending on the season) to reach the surrounding hamlets. The residence comprising 50 apartments, offers various services and benefits including free access to billiards in the reception room. The apartment offers a pleasant corner balcony, facing south and equipped with a table and chairs. An apartment in the heart of a village resort in a residence with a covered and heated swimming pool! In winter, once your car is parked in its box, it's up to you to walk to the ski lifts, go shopping or enjoy the restaurants.
