Nestled in the heart of the village of Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe, all essential services are within walking distance. A playground and the ski bus stop are just 100 meters away.

OUR OPINION: A bright, modern studio with a well-oriented balcony offering stunning views of Mont Charvin, in a peaceful setting. A real favorite for a couple or small family getaway!

The residence Les Adrelles, made up of two buildings, enjoys a privileged location in the heart of the French Alps, in the charming Savoyard village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe. Just 400 meters from shops and local entertainment and 600 meters from the Espace Diamant ski slopes and the ski school, it is an ideal base for mountain holidays all year round.  
In winter, a free ski shuttle running between Crest-Voland and Notre Dame de Bellecombe stops only 100 meters away (near the tennis courts – be sure to signal the driver).  
Notre Dame de Bellecombe, nestled in the Val d’Arly mountains, sits at the heart of the Espace Diamant ski area, offering 192 km of interconnected slopes linking six authentic Alpine villages: Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz-sur-Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, and Hauteluce. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned skier, you'll find the perfect place to enjoy your holiday.  
The village center, also known as NDB 1150, is a perfect location with everything within easy reach: local shops, winter activities, and direct access to the ski slopes. Its authentic charm and traditional architecture make it a warm and welcoming ski resort.  
In summer, the area transforms into a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. Just 100 meters from tennis courts and children's playgrounds, and near numerous hiking and mountain biking trails, there are endless opportunities to explore. The Mont Rond chairlift, open three days a week, provides easy access to breathtaking views of Mont Blanc. For swimming and water-based fun, the Flumet lake and leisure base are only 4 km away.  
From Notre Dame de Bellecombe, you can also easily explore some of the region’s most iconic Alpine destinations:  
Megève, a chic and lively resort, less than 20 minutes away  
Chamonix, at the foot of Mont Blanc, about 50 min’s drive  
Annecy, the “Venice of the Alps,” with its crystal-clear lake and old town, around 1 hour by car  
The little extra: a quiet area, yet close to all amenities.
