This 23 m² studio on the eighth floor with lift comprises a kitchen area opening onto a living room with a large bay window overlooking the mountains, a shower room with WC, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a pull-out single bed for 2 people.  
  
This flat is ideally located for your skiing days; at the foot of the Teret, Quarts and Reguet slopes, 50 metres from the ESF ski school, 50 metres from the ski lift ticket offices and 100 metres from the centre and shops.  
In summer, a private tennis court and outdoor swimming pool are available to guests.  
  
There is a large car park with a free space at the foot of the residence. This flat also has a ski locker.  
  
You can also rent an individual garage in the residence.  
  
Additional services subject to availability: bed linen and towels, end-of-stay cleaning, wifi box, baby kit, kitchen linen.
