Comfortable flat in a quiet location in the authentic village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe. With a surface area of 35m2, ideal for four people, it is located on the ground floor of the residence with a south-facing balcony offering beautiful views of Mont Charvin and the valley. Located close to the leisure centre, next to the ski bus stop and less than 5 minutes walk to shops and restaurants.

\- Kitchen open to the living room : 4 ring ceramic hob, combined microwave oven, combined fridge, dishwasher, washing machine.   
\- Living room with flat screen TV.   
\- Sleeping accommodation: one bedroom with a double bed (140), junior corner with two single bunk beds (2 \* 90), living room with a sofa bed (140). Bedding equipped with duvets.  
\- Bathroom with shower.   
\- Separate toilet.

\* Pets not accepted.

Notre Dame de Bellecombe, a traditional Alpine village nestled in an exceptional natural setting, is perfectly located in the center of the Espace Diamant ski area, which offers 192 km of slopes connecting six picturesque resorts: Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz sur Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, and Hauteluce. Surrounded by forests, alpine pastures, and breathtaking panoramas, this is an ideal destination for unforgettable holidays in the mountains.  
The residence also enjoys a strategic location within easy reach of iconic Alpine destinations such as Megève, Chamonix, and Annecy, all less than an hour's drive away.
