Il Palmeto is a beautiful property with private pool located just a few steps from the beach of San Lorenzo, a popular seaside resort in the south-east of Sicily, halfway between the Vendicari nature reserve and the fishing village of Marzamemi.

The villa boasts a well-kept garden with lawn and a large terrace equipped with outdoor kitchen and BBQ, along with a lovely saltwater pool (chlorine-free).
The villa has been recently built and it is characterized by comfortable rooms, all on one level and open to the outside, a modern living-dining room with kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms with shower.

As mentioned above, the property is located within easy walking distance of San Lorenzo’s beach, but also in a strategic position which makes it the ideal starting point to to explore the south-east of Sicily, from Noto to Syracuse and the baroque towns of the Val di Noto, to Taormina and Mount Etna’s Park.

Rental rules
Minimum stay 5 nights except: 7 nights, from 20/06/26 to 29/08/26(changeover day Saturday) and from 19/12/26 to 08/01/27.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30 (to pay on arrival).
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity, air-conditioning/heating, final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, midweek change of bath towels, weekly cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms (3 hours), welcome basket (breakfast items), cot.
Tourist tax: 3.00 € per night per person excluding children up to 12 years, max 6 nights, to pay cash on arrival.
Pets not admitted.
N.B.: Pool open from 01/03 to 30/11.
