Property Summary  
Villa Noto is a charming apartment house, built in 2023, located in the picturesque hamlet of San Corrado, just 6 km from the center of Noto, Italy. This vacation rental offers a tranquil and sunny setting, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property boasts a spacious yard, high-speed Internet WiFi, ample parking facilities, and the option of an installment plan for added convenience.

The villa is surrounded by a 2,000 square meter fenced property, providing ample space for outdoor activities and relaxation. Enjoy the warm Italian sun and take in the serene atmosphere of this rural hamlet.  
  
Other Information  
Heating is available at an additional cost during the months of April to November, while it is complimentary from November to March. Guests can indulge in delectable meals prepared by a cook upon request (extra charge applies). Breakfast can also be arranged for an additional fee. The property features a stepped path with 18 steps leading to the house. Amenities such as a supermarket, restaurant, bar, and the Noto railway station are conveniently located within a short distance, ranging from 2 to 8.5 km away.

Villa Noto is ideally situated for exploring the region's rich cultural and natural attractions. The Parco Archeologico Noto Antica, an archaeological site, is just 8 km away, while the charming towns of Avola and Marzamemi are within a 25 km radius. The Isola delle Correnti Punto Sud Sicilia, a stunning island at the southernmost point of Sicily, is 32 km away, and the historic cities of Modica and Ragusa are within a 50 km distance. Nature enthusiasts can visit the Laghetto del Cassibile, a picturesque lake just 13 km from the villa, and the Riserva Oasi Faunistica Vendicari, a nature reserve offering hiking trails, located 18 km away. The sandy Lido di Noto beach is a mere 15 km from the property, making it an ideal spot for a day at the beach.

You will stay in a comfortable and tastefully furnished 2-room apartment with a total area of 40 square meters. The living/dining room features a double sofa bed, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, providing a cozy space to relax or entertain. This area leads out to a spacious terrace. The apartment also includes a double bedroom equipped with satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning, and forced-air heating for your comfort.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is well-equipped with various amenities to make your vacation more enjoyable. The kitchenette comes with 2 hot plates, an oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. Additionally, you'll have access to a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot (for up to 2-year-olds, extra charge), and a hair dryer. Complimentary WiFi internet access is provided, and you'll have a reserved parking space for up to 2 cars.  
  
Other Information  
The apartment boasts a terrace spanning 40 square meters, furnished with outdoor furniture, offering a delightful spot to relish the views of the valley and the resort. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Heating is available only from November 15th to March 31st, with an additional cost for forced-air heating during this period.
