Fabulous spot for the beach and dog walking. Cannot recall a friendlier staff not just to us but to our canine companion who was very nervous of other dogs but was given unstinting patience and attention. Parking excellent. We were pleasantly surprised at how well behaved both dogs were. We were very happy with the hotel staff who were all friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located next to the beach access. We had a king size room and it was huge with a vast bathroom too. Plenty of room for us all to enjoy. We ate both Sunday dinner and breakfast during our stay and the food was delicious. It says ‘dog friendly’ so fair enough, but this was on another level and in every dining and accommodation area. It was very busy and almost every customer had a dog. We chose the ship because it was dog friendly and isn't it just every other person had a dog with them and you can take them anywhere. Our room was at the back with wonderful views over the sea. A ramp leads down to the beach. The room was a nice double with ensuite shower etc. Rooms not massive but this is av ery old building so it was as we expected. Breakfast is served between 0900 and 1000 in the restaurant area. Staff were great fussing the dogs a good well stocked bar wherte you can also eat if so inclined though we always used the dinningroom. Fish and chip shop in the carpark if you want to use that. Rooms could do with AC. Apart from those little niggles I would definitely stay again, in fact will be staying again. Sea views magnificent. Food very good.
