Wylaway is a delightful three-bedroom holiday let in Eccles-on-Sea, offering private beach access right from the garden! Perfect for up to five guests and also dog friendly, it’s the ideal escape for those looking to unwind. Whether you're strolling along the beach or enjoying the peaceful surroundings, Wylaway offers a charming coastal retreat. On-site parking is also available for your convenience.  
  
The Space:  
Wylaway is a single-level home that accommodates up to 5/6 guests in its three bedrooms, featuring one bathroom, a kitchen, a lounge, and a dining area.  
  
The spacious semi-open-plan layout of the lounge, dining, and kitchen areas is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.   
  
The lounge features comfortable seating, a TV, DVD player, board games, and books for entertainment. Two double glass doors open to the front, offering beautiful views over the Norfolk countryside.  
  
The well-equipped kitchen includes all necessary utensils and cooking equipment, along with an extendable dining table that seats up to six guests using two extra folding chairs.  
  
The three bedrooms include one double, one single, and a third room with a small double and a single bed. The family bathroom has a stand-up shower, wash basin, and W/C.  
  
Guest Access:  
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Wylaway offers the ultimate seaside holiday experience in Eccles-on-Sea, with the beach just a short stroll over the dunes from your back garden. With direct access from the property, guests can enjoy the convenience of a morning swim in the sea or a relaxing evening walk along the sandy shores, right on your doorstep.  
  
Situated between Sea Palling and Happisburgh on the beautiful East Norfolk coastline, Eccles-on-Sea is a peaceful village ideal for those seeking tranquility and natural beauty. While the North Norfolk coast is often celebrated, the East Norfolk coast rivals it with its stunning landscapes and abundant wildlife. Birdwatchers will love this area, with rare species frequently spotted in the farmland right in front of Wylaway.  
  
Just 8 miles away at Horsey Gap, visitors can witness one of the largest seal colonies in the UK. During the winter months (November to February), lucky visitors may even spot newborn seal pups—a truly magical experience.  
  
For those looking to explore further afield, the popular town of Cromer and the traditional seaside destination of Great Yarmouth are both only 18 miles away, each offering a different coastal experience compared to the serene village of Eccles-on-Sea.  
  
If you’re looking to venture inland for a bit of shopping, Norwich City is just a 30-minute drive from Wylaway. You can also take advantage of the Sprowston park and ride for easy access to the city, making it a convenient day trip option when you need a break from the beach.

The property is about 30 minutes from Norwich and just under 20 minutes from Great Yarmouth. The nearest train station is in North Walsham, about a 20-minute drive from Eccles-on-Sea. From North Walsham, regular train services connect to Norwich, where you can access major rail routes to London and other cities.
