Take advantage of the peace & quiet relaxing in our gardens, taking in the scenery. Or go exploring around our grounds, enjoy the duck pond & see the wonderful wildlife. Children will enjoy the games barn (open all year, wrap up in the winter) with a pool table, Air hockey. table tennis & toys to enjoy. There are swings & climbing frames around the grounds. Located across the farm (a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk) at the north end is our outdoor heated swimming pool & Grass tennis court (open from May to the end of September). We operate a booking system for those that would like a private swim and there is also a free swim session where all guests can use the pool at the same time. On the opposite side of the farm there is our hard tennis court which is open all year round. We loved our stay at Pond Cottage. The location was great (you need a car) and the amenities on site were brilliant for the children. They loved the indoor games room with a stage, and we were lucky enough to have a warm enough day for a swim! The site was generally characterful and picturesque, as was the cottage itself. We had two bedrooms with one being set up with 3 beds, and there still felt like there was plenty of space in that room. It was great to have everyone in actual bedrooms and to not have to have kids on a sofa bed in a living area! Thank you, we will be back! ##### Melany B.
