This exceptional cottage boasts a bright and spacious interior, a stone’s throw away from the Norfolk Broads National Park and its stunning coastline, the cottage is an ideal base for exploring the beauty of this enchanting region. Having three beautifully appointed bedrooms, including two super kingsize beds and zip-and-link twin beds, that can be converted into a kingsize by request at the time of booking, it comfortably accommodates families and friends. The master bedroom boasts an ensuite facility and a further modern family bathroom has twin wash hand basins and a large shower cubicle. The cottage is designed with comfort in mind, featuring a well-equipped kitchen for home dining and a spacious lounge/diner with a log-effect fire, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. French doors open into a fully enclosed Mediterranean-style garden, adorned with mature plants, offering a private outdoor space to relax, al fresco dining and BBQ available. A gate leads out to extensive grounds, where guests can enjoy shared access to a tennis court adding a touch of luxury to your stay.  
  
Whether you’re exploring the tranquil beauty of the Norfolk Broads or enjoying wide sandy beaches along the stunning coastline, adventure awaits just moments from your doorstep. Daily boat hire, canoe, kayaking, paddle boarding lessons and equipment hire are available locally, and plentiful with riverside pubs to enjoy. For amazing wide sandy beaches backed by dunes at Winterton-on-sea, Horsey, Waxton and Sea Palling, to provide endless opportunities for outdoor adventure.  
  
The seaside resort of Great Yarmouth offers traditional seaside fun, plenty of amusement arcades, Wax works, Sea Life Centre, a leisure centre with an indoor swimming pool, pitch and putt, a pier with a fun fair suited to younger children, and another fun fair for any adrenaline seekers. Within the village of Blofield is a golf course with a clubhouse, driving range, and pirate pitch & putt. Within a 2-minute’ drive is an award-winning Indian restaurant, shop and a farm shop selling local produce.  
  
The area is very popular with local road cycle clubs that welcome riders of all abilities, a great way to explore your local surroundings. Brundall, is 6 minutes drive, with a train station, two pubs, restaurants, boat hire, supermarket, and butchers. Why not leave the car behind and travel by train visiting the seaside resorts of Great Yarmouth, Cromer and Sheringham each having an array of seaside activities to enjoy or the Fine City of Norwich for excellent shopping opportunities, two indoor shopping malls, market square, theatre, a castle museum, a cathedral and an array of eateries.
