"Amazing hotel, very badly let down by the staff. There is absolutely no attention to detail. They are all lovely but they tell you as little as possible unless you ask. No offer of ski lockers, ski passes, spa info etc. Dining room has amazing views but again no attention to detail. Eg.. ordered a dessert for sharing & it arrived with no plates, no cutlery. You have to ask for absolutely everything which I wouldn’t mind if I was in a low budget accommodation which this is not. I would stay...

"They stay was great like last time, maybe the room service between day 1 and 2 could be better. Rest of the stay the conditions were good. Dinner was kind of expensive for a limited buffet. Parking was a disaster. They lack control of which car is parked where. We had cars parked on handicapped spots, on charging without charging, took 2 spots with 1 car and other places that they shouldn't. 9 out of 10 car that didn't follow the customs were Danish or Swedish. "Location, the hotel and staff were great however the first night, the temperature in the room was approx 26oC due to fault with the heating, so we had to sleep with the windows open. Reported to reception, but they couldn't do anything until maintenance came in the morning. The following day, there was no hot water for the shower and then this happened every morning until we left. Occasionally it came through, so we had to have a very quick shower."

"What an amazing hotel all round, staff, cleanliness, location. Perfect for walking the many trails and Olympic sites, situated in the heart of town with free parking and a plentiful hot and cold breakfast it would be difficult to find a better hotel. We had a huge superior double room on the 3rd floor with a little balcony with a view, for a 2+ night stay this was perfect.
