It was perfect for our little band of 5 cousins, with a location that made it easy to reach the different venues. The kitchen is large and serviceable, and there were some nice touches (like coffee pods, a toaster, different size Ziplock bags, etc). The living room is perfect for watching movies with the multiple reclining chairs and the big screen TV.. There is a large beautiful yard with a grill for cooking outdoor. We found everything to be comfortable from the kitchen chairs to the beds and all in between. The kitchen was stocked with so many gadgets if you wanted to be a gourmet cook or simply just heat your food it could easily be done. The living room had plenty of games and phone charging stations available along with plenty of channels to choose from on the large tv. With reclining seating for all we were thrilled and comfy. Outside was a huge tent and tv which we enjoyed watching a movie one night. Kind of like being at the drive-in but more comfortable! This was set in a huge yard that we used to play bocci and just walk around. The host, Anthony was great. Any questions no matter how trivial he was happy to reply with an answer in a very timely manner. We would highly recommend staying here. It was close to Pickleball courts, hiking, beaches, grocery stores, bakeries and lot restaurants and so much more too. ##### Debbie L.
