« Lisa at the front desk is amazing! The manager on duty went above and beyond explaining parking at Star Lake for our concert. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable, even ready early for us. We used the pool which was very clean with many towels available. This hotel really heightened our mini vacation experience and we will be back! »
