Lake access is clean and safe; the bay is very quiet and relatively shallow. My kids loved swimming and we all enjoyed canoeing. Perfect distance from Tobermory and the beautiful Singing Sands park. Would absolutely visit again without hesitation. Our small group of 5 loved the big open kitchen for socializing. The cottage was clean and bright. The dock and campfire area were fantastic for quiet nights. We were close to everything. Our only critique was our dishwasher wasn't working when we checked in- they said they'd be by to check it out and no one came so we didn't have the dishwasher for our visit. ##### Sam G. We had the pleasure of staying at this cottage for a few days and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The support we got from the team at Grey Bruce was great and they were very helpful starting from the first questions we had about the booking and throughout the stay with them being proactive and extremely familiar with the area and the specifics of the cottage on any question we had. The cottage itself is extremely comfortable and well maintained, everything was as described in the listing (and even better in reality). We were impressed with how clean and organized everything was, the state of the amenities, and atmosphere the tasteful decoration and interior design provide visitors. Obviously, the best parts are outside with the hot tub, sauna, and the areas close to the water which are well maintained and provide a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the wonders of the area (from water access to star gazing). The fireplaces, the rec room, the furniture. The hot tub we used every day and at night too. The only negatives for us, was the fact that the driveway had not been plowed and we had a hard time getting the car up there. And we didn't really get to experience the sauna as the fire didn't stay lit,because of the winds. Even after craig came and started one fire. It still fizzled out.
