This top-floor unit offers panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Inlet, providing a breathtaking experience from every living area and bedroom. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo is located on the corner of 2nd Avenue and JFK Boulevard. As you enter the unit, you will be impressed by the vaulted cathedral ceilings and walls of windows overlooking the water. The main living area also includes a floor to ceiling stone fireplace, dining area, and wide sliding doors leading out to a massive oceanfront deck. This condo has a beautifully updated kitchen featuring warm, wood cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. On this main level, you will also find two bedrooms with ensuite baths offering water views for added privacy and convenience. The loft area provides a different but equally impressive vista, with a sitting area, spacious bedroom space, and a private bathroom. Amenities include 3 master suites, central air, a washer and dryer in the unit, a snack bar, spacious deck overlooking the ocean, TV's in each bedroom, 1 bathtub, a futon for additional sleeping space, and a 2 car garage with storage for beach chairs, bikes, and more! This place was worth it just for that although there were a few hiccups. I wish the listing had mentioned that there were several steps to get into the place. The carpets were in rough condition - should definitely be replaced. Hot water was not working in one of the bathrooms so no one was able to use that shower. Last, the kitchen cookware & tableware was very disorganized and not fully clean. Otherwise, beds & living room furniture were very comfortable. Again, loved the view! ##### Halle W. Though it was pricey compared to other 3BR oceanfront units, we loved the pics & booked it. When we arrived, we were let down. The pictures on this site closely match the Zillow pictures from when the unit was sold in 2023, with pretty art on the walls, a large picture over the mantel, & a full sized dining table & 6 chairs. Our table was a little circular thing w/4 chairs, and walls had bare hooks, no art. Valances? Gone. The 9 white chairs on the deck? 6 were replaced, maybe due to old age, because my 116 lb, 86 y/o mom sat in one of the other 3 chairs and it tore, pitching her to the floor. The place overall was very dirty: shower stalls growing mold in corners, there were HUGE cobwebs over the loft bed & in 1 skylight. Air vents could only be described as hairy. If the place had had just 1 good cleaning & rug shampoo at the season's start, it could not have looked like this. The ceiling fan was inoperable (assuming I found the correct remote, which I had to buy batteries for). The AC units were low in refrigerant (according to HVAC guy), leading to upstairs unit freezing up during the week and the loft being 83⁰ on Friday when the HVAC guy came to try & fix. I had the duty to lay towels around the AC and check on them during the night to avoid flooding to the floor below. We requested a credit for that last, very hot night; owner declined.
