Breathtaking Ocean/Inlet view with heated pool & Wi-Fi Oceanfront Condominium! A panorama ocean and inlet views from your own balcony. This adorable newly upgraded 6th floor unit has a truly amazing view of the sun gracefully rising from the ocean and the moon catapulting into the sky. Walking distance to the boardwalk, Hereford lighthouse, entertainment centers and the famous seawall, Etc. The Regency Tower offers first-class amenities, including a huge heated rooftop (on the 2nd floor) swimming pool (Open from Memorial Day - Irish weekend), a huge sun deck with umbrellas, tables, chairs and BBQ grills (summer season only). Elevators. Coin-operated washer & dryers are available on each floor (Remember to bring your coins and detergent, if interested) . 1 car off-street free parking. Central A/C (summer season only), the building switches from AC to Heat during the off season (Oct 15th-May 15th). A Queen-size bed and a pull-out sofa bed (Queen size) are separated by double pocket doors for privacy. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, 4-burner stovetop with an oven, a microwave, a tea kettle, a toaster, a blender, a Keurig, a drip coffee maker . The kitchen also equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, and cookware. Summer Season (May 1st through Sept 30th) Wi-Fi and 2 Cable TVs in unit. Off Season (Oct 1st through Apr 30th) Cable TV only in the living room and Wi-Fi in the Regency Towers Lobby only. The parking pass made everything so easy. The view from the bedroom and balcony was lovely. Plus there was a Keurig with an assortment of k-cups and creams, and a basket of snacks, waiting for us. Séjour de 7 nuits en octobre 2022 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Teresa G. 17 oct. 2022 Points forts : Propreté #### Wildwood Regency stay 10-14, 10-15-22 The Regency is an older property, which as far as I could tell, did not have a ramp from the parking area to the entrance to the property. The unit was clean, had a nice kitchen area with a small 4 burner stove, oven, full refrigerator, adequate dishes, silverware, utensils and pots and pans. The small magnetic under cabinet light did not work. It would be a plus to have a working electrical under-cabinet light over the sink. The queen bed was comfortable, and we requested pillows and quilts in advance as the owner required. They were clean. The view from the bedroom slider and small balcony provided a generous view of the water from north to east. I would have given this unit a 5 if the sleeper sofa, side chair and kitchen chairs were comfortable to sit in. None of them were. The sofa and side chair definitely need to be replaced. A simple day bed/with trundle bed would be more comfortable and provide the needed sleeping space. I would return, if in the area, if these updates were made. ##### Teresa G. This unit is located in a nicely maintained and very clean facility. The unit itself offers beautiful views and gorgeous sunrises! We loved the high ceilings, the beachy decor, and the thoughtful add ons! We loved the pool and the huge deck. The beaches are one of the cleanest I’ve been to and very well maintained. This is a very nice area and I was impressed! Maggie is super easy to communicate with and very friendly! I am so pleased with everything about this trip and will definitely stay in one of her units if I travel to the area again! Thank you for the wonderful memories! The owner Maggie, was easy to contact and was very helpful with all of my silly questions. (1st time vrbo-Ing ) Checking in and out was a breeze. The condo was clean, well appointed with cute beachy decor and many thoughtful details such as phone chargers. The balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean. The location is great with plenty of open places nearby in the “off season” . Overall a delightful escape! ##### Carol E.
