There was nice outdoor seating including Adirondack chairs on the beach and bar seats with a table on the deck. I was on the first floor so I could access the beach from my sliding door. Amenities included strategically located poop bags and a poop disposal container. Studio was clean and modern with a cute kitchen area. Most other guests I met were friendly and polite people over 40\. The Mr Coffee appeared to be a standard size in the photos tho was only a mini with no coffee or filters for minimally the first morning.....also there were no paper towels available again at least to cover the first nites stay till we could go for needed supplies. Bed was comfortable & clean and plenty of clean towels were provided. Gorgeous views. Room was comfortable and had all the basic amenities needed. Only thing is in need of fixing is the screen door which was keep falling off. You need to bring your own hair dryer.
