Home was as expected with a great location. Was clean and provided us what we were looking for our two night ski trip for 5\. We did note that the large (very nice) back deck was not usable at all - it had not been shoveled and had 3 feet of snow on it! Also had to do a bit of shoveling the front walkway. We didn't mind but others might find that an issue. It was quaint and rustic. We arrived on the hottest day of the year to find no air conditioning or any fans. I know it probably doesn't get this hot up here, but the home should at least have a fan in every bedroom just in case. We were hot and miserable the first night but we made the best of it. It is a really beauty little home. The mailbox should be made to be better seen fromtne road, we drove past it numerous times until we found it because we arrived late at night. The washer was broken, cob webs in the corners, black stains on the counters in the kitchen, the owner had someone come by an look at it, and he said it was water stains on the counters. I don't think I would stay at this place again.
