« We were a group of 8 adults in Rockport to attend my sons wedding. The house was very spacious and we all enjoyed our stay here. If we are ever in town again we would definitely try to stay here again. The location was great. »

« Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood right across the river from downtown Salem and most attraction. Very walkable when the weather is nice. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for groups traveling together. Communication with the host was easy, Meg was very responsive. Decent sized outdoor space with a grill and patio furniture. « Loved this place. Great location and it was a very quiet space (though I did go and off-season at the beginning of May). Stove and microwave took some getting used to, and I didn’t use the oven, but the kitchen was great. It’s a small space, and the loft is open to the living area so it’s best for a couple that goes to bed at the same time or someone traveling solo. Wish they had a fire pit, but the space was great. »

« The furniture was comfortable and it is a pretty space but there were power tools left on the coffee table, a random pretzel on one of the bedroom doorways, and there were ants. There isn’t a dishwasher, so you’re relying on the cleanliness of the last guest to hand wash the dishes they used. Needless to say, dishes were grimy and needed to be rewashed before being used. The water pressure in the shower is really poor. The listing said there was one parking spot, but we couldn’t locate it and...

« Short drive to activities and beach. Quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed using the swim spa and the lights near the deck were really cute. House had everything we needed and more. »

« Stayed in Marblehead for a Celebration of Life. The house was comfortable, had a large yard for the kids to play in and the 1 year old learned to climb stairs (totally his option LOL), Rooms are larger than you expect and plenty of room to find your own space. I would recommend it for a family and it is pet friendly. Thanks Bill for letting us stay there. »

It is a 5-10 minute walk to town, a 5 minute walk to the supermarket, and a 2 minute walk to a delightful local wine and cheese shop! The house was equipped with all we needed including a Nespresso machine and electric kettle. Having a parking space was a bonus. Would definitely stay again. »
