Blue Mussel Cafe was grand, sorry to hear they are moving. The Music Hall in Charlottetown was great as well as Summerside tribute band shows. PEI oysters are top notch! Sailing out of Rustico was fun and Brakley Beach is grand. Avonlea and Green Gables are very walk worthy and golf? Superb! Ocean view cottage views are spectacular and the house has a very nice layout for morning coffee and late night star watching. Downstairs air hockey is fun but equipment is worn and need update. TV is downstairs but not connected to any networks. Missed the US Open golf because of no TV or internet access. Internet is ok thru wifi, but if you don’t have Canada services, you don’t have streaming service. Beds are decent but pillows kinda sucked. Access is inconvenient due to entry thru back yard and deck access door locks are corroded and hard to close. I used veg oil and that helped but routine maintenance is better. There are water views out of every window and also from the deck, whether it be the Gulf of Saint Lawrence or North Rustico Harbour. The house is so spacious and open. You can watch the sunrise and the fishing boats going out in the morning and the sunsets in the evening! The upstairs seating area has big windows for a great view of the Gulf, sunrises, fishing boats and the stars. The house is very well equipped, with everything you would need to make your stay enjoyable. We saw a fox roaming in the sand dunes and we were regularly greeted by 2 young pheasants on the lawn in the morning. Also regular bald eagle sightings. The house location is perfect with easy access to the beach, a couple of great restaurants right across the road and a short walk down the boardwalk into town for the local bakery, more restaurants, shops and the fishing boats. The local people were so friendly, always going out of their way to greet you and provide suggestions of things to do and see. ##### Tim S.
