The down fall is that the pool was not heated when we arrived, the max OVERNIGHT occupancy states 7 people online - however the owners do not allow any guests over the count of 7 (defeated our purpose as we came with an infant and wanted to visit with our 60+ year old parents and brother), then charges for miscellaneous items after you leave such as the pool being heated to a certain degree which was not disclosed anywhere, a bbq brush that they claim was broke that was not, and threading on a rug design that unraveled that is probably from wear and tear or even a vacuum it looks like. Seems as if they try to find any way to make a quick dollar once you leave, but other than that we enjoyed our stay. The property was immaculate and had every possible item we could need for our stay! The pool was great along with the dual masters with matching bathrooms. This made choosing a bedroom easy when both are the same. The house was very clean and the location was perfect for a vacation getaway with short drives to the beaches and restaurants!
