House can accommodate 2 to 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has 2 twin size beds that can be placed together to make a large king size bed. The kitchen has all the necessary accessories: microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans. Nice family room with plenty of seating. House has central A/C, wireless internet connection, TV set, laundry, Florida room. Minimum stay per Holiday Park rules is 3 months House is 7 minutes away from the Warm Mineral Springs. The spring has the highest mineral contents of any natural spring in the USA, and is internationally known for its purported healing qualities. Enjoy consistent average temperatures of 85 degrees year-round! Gated community, quiet and safe area. Close to shops and restaurants. Only a short drive from many Gulf beaches: Casperson Beach (our favorite), Venice Beach, Manasota Key Beach and amazing Siesta Key Beach! Enjoy access to 2 heated swimming pools, tennis courts, outdoor games and community events.
