Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath home in the heart of North Port. Less than 5 minutes from highway US-41 and less than 10 minutes from Interstate 75 (I-75). Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Home is close to everything you need including grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Close drive to Venice, Port Charlotte, Englewood and Punta Gorda. Only a 20 minute drive to multiple beaches.   
  
Patio and large backyard for your enjoyment. Home also had a bonus sunroom that can be used as an office. In-home washer and dryer and a one car garage.
