The unit is in Surf Villas, which is located in the highly desired area, North Myrtle Beach. The unit is completely updated and has enough room for up to 9 guests, so bring the entire family to enjoy this beautiful view! It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot. Entry: \*\*STAIRS required - 3 flights\*\* From the parking lot, take the stairs to your unit (3rd floor) and it will be self check-in with a keypad access code. Kitchen: Newly updated counter/appliances/cabinets! Includes fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Coffee machine! Family room: Large family room area with direct oceanfront views. Bedroom 1: Queen bed. Direct oceanfront views. Bathroom 1: Full bath/shower attached to bedroom 1\.
