On North Ocean Boulevard in North Myrtle Beach (Cherry Grove) we invite you to enjoy your beach vacation at our 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo. Located directly on the Ocean in Cherry Grove, North Myrtle Beach. This unit is on the top floor of a 5 floor building providing unobstructed views from the ocean to the rear march views. The unit has been renovated to include quartz countertops throughout, Smart TVs in each bedroom, stainless steel appliances and modern furniture to include new cooling gel mattresses. Note: we have a second property in the same building on floor two - recently purchased and completely renovated in the fall of 2024\. Listing number is 4399350. Just a few steps to the sand and sea, not to mention a spectacular view from the oceanfront balcony. Cherry Grove is an excellent choice for your vacation where you will enjoy dining, golfing, shopping, fishing, or just sitting on the balcony feeling the ocean breezes and listening to the breaking waves. Relax and enjoy your beach vacation in our oceanfront, three-bedroom, three-bathroom condominium. Our unit is located on the fifth floor of a five-floor condominium unit. An elevator is provided for access. The oceanfront pool and outside showers are located inside the pool area and just after you leave the beach area. We strive to bring you the perfect beach accommodations. Linens and towels are provided for your convenience, and guests are greeted with a clean open unit with lots of hospitality for your vacation. The unit was renovated to include tile in the den and bathrooms and tile hardwood floors in all the bedrooms. The unit includes stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, ceramic glass surface stove and dishwasher). Also quartz countertops in kitchen and baths. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom and the den area. Ask anyone who has ever stayed on the oceanfront in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, and they will tell you it is one of the finest family beaches anywhere. Away from the traffic and crowds of other Myrtle Beach areas, yet close to all that the Grand Strand has to offer. We have set up our family owned condominium unit to provide you with all of the amenities of home. When you walk into the unit through an entrance hall, looking to your right, the entire front of the unit is the view of the beach and ocean. This is the scene for the kitchen and den as both face the front of the unit. In the den you are provided with a brand new 50 inch Smart TV for those of you who find relaxation in watching the ocean and your favorite show. A new air conditioning unit was installed this past year along with a new sliding glass door. Other windows in the unit were replaced as well. Just behind the den is a dining room table to seat 4 and 2 bar stools for others to pull up a chair at the kitchen bar. The kitchen has quartz counter tops and everything you should need including a blender, Keurig Coffee maker, regular pot coffee maker, wine glasses and other kitchen items just as in your own home. The most loved by our guests, the oceanfront, private balcony which provides a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Chairs and table are provided for your relaxation. We also recently added tile flooring to the outdoor balcony. The unit sleeps six. Bedroom one (1) has newly installed modern tile (hardwood-look) with a king-size bed and adjoining bathroom. A 43 inch Smart TV television is located in the second bedroom. The bathroom includes sink/vanity area and tub/shower. Bedroom two (2) has newly installed modern tile (hardwood-look) and has a queen-size bed with adjoining bathroom. A 43-inch Smart TV is located in the master bedroom. The bathroom has two sinks, large vanity area, and tub/shower. The third bedroom is hardwood with twin beds . A 32 inch smart TV is located in the bedroom. The third bathroom includes a sink/vanity area and walk-in shower with access from the hall. Fully renovated in 2024. The complex was constructed in 1987\. It was painted in 2020 and new stair rails and balcony rails installed in 2019\. New common area carpet installed in 2022\. The pool has pavers and fencing and is cleaned daily. The grounds are cleaned twice daily. Note. The pier shown from balcony pictures is private and not available for use to this condo development. This condo development is mainly nonsmoking with one designated smoking area under the covered parking area. Motorcycles, trailers nor golf carts are allowed on the property. Two parking passes for vehicles will be provided. We do not have automatic booking only so that we can review with you the unit if you have any questions to make sure it is perfect for your vacation. Impeccably clean. Plenty of space (we had 5 adults). Property owner on site and so friendly, helpful and accommodating. The view from the deck was amazing and just watching and hearing the ocean every morning and evening from there was very relaxing. Pay attention to the tide chart in the stand under the TV - it is very accurate and the tide comes up pretty far on the beach. The pool was clean and a great place to unwind after a day at the beach. Very safe and walkable. Close to IGA and Walmart for groceries. Go to the Crazy Mason for milkshakes - they are amazing. 40 minute drive from the touristy Myrtle Beach area. Everything was as advertised and arrival/check in was very easy. The condo was beautiful, beds were very comfortable and I can’t say enough about the beach and view.
