Before making the two-minute walk to the beach nearby, brew a cup of coffee using the Nespresso coffee machine or regular coffee machine with a milk frother and breathe in the salty air as you look over the pool area.

After a full day of fun, the multiple smart TVs will provide plenty of movie entertainment during your stay, and there is even mini-golf available in the backyard. Have some work to do during your stay? Two of the home's bedrooms include spacious work desks and the high-speed internet and free WiFi make it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time. And gathering with loved ones over a homecooked meal will be a breeze with seating at the kitchen counter, a formal dining room, and the dining table outside! The kitchen even includes an Alexa Echo Dot ready to play your favorite music requests.

Dear guest, please note that this home has four bathrooms and three of them are in the home. To get to the full fourth bathroom you have to go out of the bottom level into the open-air garage area and take 6-10 steps to get to it.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
