The host quickly moved us to another tower where there was no construction. Saltwater Grande is an excellent host company and I will be using them again. I have some handicap problems with walking. I didn't like that we had to park across the street and walk to the resort. They had the North side blocked where we couldn't stay on our side . Property seems poorly staffed with what seems contractors ( who were very uncaring with questions or simple informational help. We had a 3 bedroom condo but were only allowed two parking places for 3 families coming from different locations. The elevator system on most days does work well except on move in and out days… we waited 20 minutes once before taking to the steps. Not sure what would happen if there was a true emergency? When the weather is rough the beaches close as well as the pools. The gates through the premises are locked and you must take a longer way around the building and public walkways to the elevators. The group makes a big stand about smoking on the premises but it was bad… especially marijuana… we often would have to leave the balcony due to the odor.
