We thought it was just one but no ALL the mattresses were hard - NO memory foam. If anyone in your party has back issues this is a hard pass unless you want to sleep in a recliner. \*Pool is tiny. The furniture (including beds) was VERY comfortable, with ample sitting room for all of us. We had plenty of flatware, dishes, glassware, etc. All appliances functioned well. We appreciated the inspection right after our arrival. The only reason I gave the property four stars is that there needs to be more attention given to the cleaning process. I realize that our stay was near the end of the season and that there is an urgency to turn the properties over to new guests.
