There were a couple of cleaning issues that were communicated to Julie and she responded back almost immediately which I appreciated. Our family was looking for heated pools and hot tubs since the temperatures would be cool. We were very happy with this choice. The view of the ocean was lovely, the condo itself was very clean and as described, and it met all our needs. It was easy to park and the elevators were fast. Various restaurants and shopping were close but still needed to drive to them. The resort overall is a bit dated but clean. Propery managers were very available. One of the elevators broke every day I was there, had to climb 9 flights of stairs one day and one of the hot tubs was broken as well. ##### polly t. Definitely needs painted / general maintenance. The elevators to our tower were out the first two days we were there, and only 1/2 got repaired. Overall, not a bad experience, and the price was good, so we were satisfied. The beach was great and the area has lots of restaurants and things to do. ##### Christopher E.
