Our very large fully furnished 2BR/2BA spacious open floor plan is Direct Ocean Front with private balcony access from the living room. This condo is PERFECT for spending time with the whole family. The Space: Seafarer was built in 1981 and is a 3 story building with multiple staircases for convenient access.. Seaside Breeze is a 2BR/2BA DIRECT OCEANFRONT Condo located on the 2nd FLOOR (There are NO ELEVATORS on the premises) YOU MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB STAIRS!! Our unit Seaside Breeze has been upgraded with many changes to improve your stay. BED & BATH The Master Suite has an Oceanfront Bedroom View, a Queen size bed, two nightstands, lamps dresser, chair, closet, Smart TV mounted on the wall with cable access, ceiling fan and a NEWLY UPDATED FULL SIZE en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 Twin size beds, dresser, one nightstand table underneath the Flat screen TV mounted on the wall with cable access, ceiling fan, chair. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. LIVING AREA The living room has a sofa with queen sleeper, two sitting chairs, coffee table, end tables, 45" flat screen TV with cable access. The living room is open to the dining area as well as private access to the oceanfront balcony. With new flooring in the living area. We also have a FULL SIZE stackable Washer & Dryer in the unit for your added convenience along with FREE High Speed WIFI Internet. KITCHEN & DINING AREA The kitchen has been upgraded with marble counter tops. Our fully-equipped kitchen is appointed with all appliances, an abundance of cabinets and counter space, everything you need to create delicious meals. It makes it easy to enjoy being right on the beach without having to leave for dinner. It is the perfect place to let the stress drift far away. When it's time to dine, you can enjoy our dining table with seating to accommodate 4 guests and our breakfast bar will accommodate 4 guests as well. Maybe you want some of the great local food, well lucky for you, it is very close. You can be to some great restaurants in a very short time. The condo was clean. It had plenty of room for our family of four. We meet several families that have stayed at the Seafarer for 20+ years. Everyone that we meet were really nice. We would swim in the ocean, walk the sand path, rinse off in the beach shower, then jump in the pool. We would stay here again for sure. ##### edward g. Place was nice but communication with management group had a lot to be desired. First, they failed to send out check in information so we had to hunt them down. 2nd wash machine would not operate correctly which was a pain as we packed with the idea of using it once or twice. Reported problem to management and said they would look into it and that was it. Hey I get it, stuff breaks. 3rd and most important was that we were notified 15 min before we checked in that all the balconies had been deemed unsafe to use by engineers and had big signs place on both doors not only obstructing the beautiful view but putting renters on notice that if we used them the owners wouldn’t be responsible! Of course there was no mention of adjusting our rate, so I guess we just get stuck with the whole bill even though we didn’t receive everything that was promised. Management did say we could go ahead and use the balcony even though structural engineers deemed it unsafe, hmmmm. I think if everything was straightened out it would be a great place to rent as it was nicely situated in a great neighborhood. ##### Greg K.
