Located directly on the sand with no streets to cross, this spacious Sea Marsh II retreat features a private oceanfront balcony, generous living space, and room for the whole family to relax. Enjoy easy beach days, an on-site pool, and one of the best vantage points in Cherry Grove — perfect for memorable summer stays and peaceful shoulder-season escapes.



    Inside, you’ll find a comfortable, well-maintained layout with a full kitchen, multiple bedrooms with private baths, and plenty of space to unwind after a day at the beach. Elevator access, on-site amenities, and proximity to the Cherry Grove Pier and local dining make this a convenient and highly sought-after oceanfront stay.

    Our parking deck has a maximum height clearance of 5 feet 8 inches and limited space for larger vehicles. There are only three designated spots for tall vehicles, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The parking deck is tight and may be difficult to navigate for large SUVs or trucks. If you are driving a larger vehicle, we recommend seeking alternative overnight public parking (fees may apply). We want to ensure you have a smooth arrival experience, so please reach out with any parking questions before your stay.

Parking for larger SUVS and trucks are limited and tight. Although it was nice to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it wasn’t worth the price. Indoor pool was very small and like a sauna. It would’ve been nice to use Sea Marsh I pool next door which was out doors and larger. Nice view and easy beach access.

Perfect!

This place has it all - great location, beautiful ocean view, fully stocked kitchen and they even allow you to use their beach chairs and umbrella! My family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and I loved that every room had its own bathroom. We would definitely rebook for our next visit!

Wonderful

Everything was great. We would love to stay here again. It was a perfect location, the condo was very nice and had everything we needed. We had beautiful views from our balcony. We loved having the umbrella, beach chairs and accessories. This was one of our favorite family vacations to date and are planning to make this our annual spot!

Gorgeous view of the beach!

Loved the view, location and spacious balcony for viewing. The condo was very spacious as well. I could see myself living there with my family haha. Loved the updated wash/dryer/microwave. AC worked great too! Would stay again!

Everything from booking to checking out was easily done. Any questions were answered quickly. It felt like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend this condo!!

Better than advertised!

We had a great time at the condo this week. The condo was wellfurnished, had everything we needed, and the views were spectacular. We loved every minute of our time in the condo and loved the ease of check in and check out (especially not having to drive somewhere to wait 30 minutes to get/return keys). I would highly recommend this condo and Vacasa to anyone and we hope to come back next year.

Worst place I’ve stayed at in cherry grove. Wi-Fi was horrendous, door lock didn’t work. Master suite bed was uncomfortable.
