Willow Bend is tucked away in a private setting surrounded by the Greg Norman course and the flourishing tropical landscape found throughout our remarkable resort. Life does not get any better than spending your vacation escape at this marvelous villa with over 1,050 square feet of beautiful living space, dramatic decor, soothing custom paint, designer furnishings and the owner's wonderful personal touches that make this villa so appealing. The sweeping open floor plan provides the perfect atmosphere for families, couples or golfers to stay and play together. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and loaded with many extras for our guest. The cook is never out of sight or away from the fun doing on in the great room. View the awesome 50-inch HDTV from most anywhere in the living area. There are 2 DVD players one in the LR and in the Master Bedroom with a variety of movies for your enjoyment. Just outside the great room is a screened, carpeted and furnished lanai overlooking the Greg Norman 8th fairway. This condo is also equipped outside the front door with a Blink doorbell camera at the entrance. The master suite has a very comfortable king size bed. A handsomely decorated full bath suite adjoins the master bedroom, which also has a flat screen TV and a full walk-in closet. On the opposite end of the villa the second bedroom has two twin beds, chest, another LCD TV, a full closet and nothing but cozy comfort for our guests. A second full bath, elegantly decorated, serves both your guest and the second bedroom. Off the hall is a full laundry room. Willow Bend has its own community pool and pool house just steps from the front door of each Willow Bend villa. Our guests are also welcome at the main resort pool 68,000 square foot saltwater pool, the largest pool of its kind in South Carolina located on the picturesque Intracoastal Waterway right in front of the 142-slip marina and next to the marina restaurant. We booked this unit because it is pet friendly. The best part is the lanai (screened porch) where our dog enjoyed watching the golfers and squirrels. It’s also where my husband and I had our morning coffee every day. We stayed during the 4th of July weekend, and everything was so close (fireworks, pool, beach, etc). Both times were perfect. The new owner, Maurisa, is outstanding with communication! She upgraded the kitchen supplies and decor, now with a beach theme. We appreciate that we can bring our dog with us as we stay for several weeks. He loves sitting in the screened-in lanai watching golfers, squirrels and geckos! This condo is in a safe and friendly neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle- sidewalks are plenty for walking by golf courses and nature preserves. The beach is a quick 10 minute drive away. The neighborhood is very nice the view of the golf course from the unit is a nice touch. Scott was very responsive and made the check in process very easy. The cleanliness, the convenience to golf, the pool, the beach, the shops and restaurants is spectacular! First of all, I am probably the pickiest person on the planet about cleanliness. This condo is absolutely amazing! I didn’t have to do anything but unpack. The kitchen is very well stocked. I had everything I needed to prepare meals. The lanai overlooks the golf course. Perfect place to enjoy coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening. My yorkie absolutely loved watching the golfers during the day. Since I was working during my stay, I do want to point out the WiFi connection was top notch. Scott just upgraded the service and it worked like a charm. No problems at all. This condo is absolutely beautiful! The neighborhood is fantastic! The neighbors are very friendly! I highly recommend this unit! ##### Jeri S. Everything was great with the exception of not being able to utilize the lanai bc the workers broke the screen and there were lizards on the deck and it was very buggy. Easy to get to the beach either by the shuttle or by car. We were there for a dance competition and it was about 20 min from the convention center, very easy drive.
