Several units were owner occupied so common areas were cleaned and well maintained while we were there. The unit itself was "surface" cleaned but showers needed attention, "dust bunnies" under furniture, dishes needed attention as well. I washed them before we used them and made sure all were properly cleaned when we left. Area around the building felt safe as well.Several maintenance issues but left list with property manager.All in all, this is a nice unit and would consider staying here again. ##### Linda M. There was plenty of space and a very nice shower in the master bathroom. We had a few minor maintenance issues. The thermostat was locked, but I figured out how to unlock it. We love this building and have stayed here many times before. Property offers just the right amount of amenities (indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, every unit is oceanfront) without the over crowding of the larger buildings. We did notice a few things that needed fixing, however. The sliding doors on balcony do not lock and the door top lock of the 3 locks was broken. These looked like easy fixes.
