We love this building and have stayed here many times before. Property offers just the right amount of amenities (indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, every unit is oceanfront) without the over crowding of the larger buildings. There was plenty of space and a very nice shower in the master bathroom. We had a few minor maintenance issues. The thermostat was locked, but I figured out how to unlock it. The ice machine didn't work during our stay, so we had to buy ice. There were great views from the top corner of the building. I would stay here again. ##### Brian C. Oct 1, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Loved that the unit was TOP Floor, END Unit, Ocean Front, Indoor & Outdoor pools, Indoor Hot Tub, Steps to the beach! Several units were owner occupied so common areas were cleaned and well maintained while we were there. The unit itself was "surface" cleaned but showers needed attention, "dust bunnies" under furniture, dishes needed attention as well. I washed them before we used them and made sure all were properly cleaned when we left. Area around the building felt safe as well.Several maintenance issues but left list with property manager.All in all, this is a nice unit and would consider staying here again. ##### Linda M.
