Brick Rowe Retreat is a stand alone home located on 16th Ave S in the ever popular Crescent Beach Section of North Myrtle Beach. Fully remodeled in Summer of 2023, everything in the house is ready for memories to be made. Downstairs is the master bedroom with 1 King bed, with attached full bathroom Stainless steel appliances in the remodeled kitchen, which also leads out into a beautiful courtyard, fully fenced! This is the perfect place to let the dogs stretch their legs before getting the day started at the beach. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. It’s an easy walk to crescent beach. The inside is modern and we love that it is a dog friendly place, but there were tufts of dog hair on the floor and a strong “wet dog” smell in the living room and main bedroom downstairs which did not air out despite ceiling fans and open windows. It was very clean, within about a 3 minute walk straight to the beach, and only a road away from the main highway where there is plenty of restaurants and activities to keep you busy. We were suprised to find out that the beach house had beach chairs, toys, and a wagon to haul readily available. The fenced in yard was a big plus. It was perfect for our dogs to use the bathroom and to get out some much needed energy! Overall, the beach house met everything we needed! Plenty of room for the family and very pet friendly home with small side yard. Washer and dryer on-site and beach chairs, umbrella and cart.
