There was a broken blackout shade in one of the bedrooms, so I called the non-emergency phone number at 5 p.m. Sat. after picking up the keys but to my surprise the repair service arrived 15 minutes later and replaced the shade. On Sunday, low pressure system Chantal came through and added palm tree branches, leaves, etc. to the pool. By Monday, it was cleaned up and ready to swim again. We noted a Keurig coffee maker which was not included in the amenity items, so we stocked up on Keurig cups when we went to the grocery store. AC and all appliances plus the washer and dryer worked well. The pool was convenient just outside the front door and a very short walk to the beach. I suggest using one of the on-line beach chair and umbrella companies who set you up on the beach you desire. They place them around 6 a.m. for an early start to a beach day. We would certainly come back again if vacationing in North Myrtle Beach. ##### Alfred S. The house was in a safe convenient location, but it was very dirty. Carpets had not been cleaned in God knows how long and there were goldfish crackers all over the place (up stairs and down). The walls, doors, floors and bathrooms were all dirty and looked like they had not been cleaned in weeks or longer. The upstairs bedroom door knob (room on the left) would not work. It was difficult to open and close the door. The upstairs shower did not drain worth a hoot. The dryer broke half way through our stay and we had to go use a laundry mat to dry some clothes. When we got there it looked exactly as described in the listing. One complaint we had is we could tell that the floors had not been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. Our feet were black from walking on the floors. (I want to be clear that we did not contact the property leasing agency about the floors, but i know they would have been right on it if we would have asked.) We ended up cleaning the floors ourself and it all worked out. Air worked great. Lots of sleeping options. There was not much organization in the kitchen. There were cooking utensils and pots spread in all sorts of places. There was also no tupperware. So if you plan on staying a week, keeping leftovers is difficult. It was so nice having access to the pool and to a washer and dryer. Check in and check out process was easy and seamless. If you have young kids, infants and toddlers, there is not any baby proofing so be sure to bring a baby gate and prepare for them to be in the many cabinets. Overall, it was a great trip and we liked the property. Could use some modern touches as it was a little outdated but overall very homey. ##### Kristen H. Séjour de 7 nuits en juin 2022 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Virginia S. 22 juin 2022 #### Just okay Pros: The house is convenient to pool and 2 blocks from beach. Nice layout of home and spacious. Nice appliances. Cons: dishes were plentiful but pans were broken and warped. Take a good pan of you go. Mold present on wall at fireplace. Sticky carpet. Trash behind furniture. Petrified poop on the porch. Beds were hard but ok, sofa bed a no. HOA scheduled pest control to come spray INSIDE the unit without any notice or consideration. We had naked people inside, Caused dog to puke and a child to have a skin reaction. They responded by telling me chemicals are fine for children and pets and they have no control over the property. We had to leave the home that day. We will not stay here again. ##### Virginia S. The pool is nice, but not heated and shared with the whole condo association. The house itself is older and in need of a very deep cleaning but I was able to bring my dog so I dealt with it. There is a balcony with a small view of the ocean but it is falling apart. ##### Jennifer M. Two family rooms were ideal. Could use an ice machine in freezer because you always need ice. Outdoor seating could be upgraded for the new season but was very satisfied with the house and would recommend. ##### MARIA S. Place was clean,spacious ,and well stocked with linens. Location is great short walk to the beach and just far enough away from the congestion. Had a small problem logging into the WiFi but the realitor had someone show up shortly and figured it out, wrong password.My family and I had a great week with no regrets. My wife and I stayed with my son, two daughters and two son in laws plus one well behaved dog. We had plenty of room which was key. Worked well for family game night, family dinner , etc but everyone had enough privacy as well. ##### William J.
