The front door needed painted , Carpet was dirty and a lot of updates need done . Ceilings need to be fixed cracks in all the rooms looks from water damage. Nice small building with just 6 units and no elevator necessary. Thus, social distancing was easy to do. Much better choice than one of the high rise towers where social distancing is impossible. Nice quiet, uncrowded beach due to small building. Perfect setup for COVID19 pandemic. ##### Roger E.
