Unit 305\. One bedroom with one queen bed, fold out queen sized couch, and a washer & dryer! Pool and hot tub are both located indoor Cherry Grove is a quiet beachfront area that has been ranked by TripAdvisor as the #11 best beach nationwide. The beach in front of the unit is never overcrowded and a lifeguard is on duty in season. A few hundred yards down the beach the inlet meets the ocean and the sunrises and nature are breathtaking. The property is away from the congestion but just a short drive or uber ride to the action. You'll find this condo in a scenic salt marsh area with colorful and fascinating wildlife. Relax on the oceanfront balcony and watch the waves roll in. Heritage Shores Nature Preserve at the end of 56th Avenue North is a natural island in the salt marsh with hiking trails, boardwalks, observation decks, picnic shelters and lots more eco-friendly fun. This is a great location, quiet and free of the commercialized Grand Strand. It is an easy drive to all the entertainment attractions, over 100 golf course, shopping centers, and restaurants along the Grand Strand of Myrtle Beach. The area will always feel like my second home. Fast forward to now, my husband and I have been married for two years and I finally talked him into going to the beach (he had never been before now). We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean & well maintained. It had a very homey feel to it. Being located right off the beach made it very handy for getting to the beach and ocean. The fluffy soft towels were top quality and everything was very clean. The bed was a bit too soft for us but thats a personal preference! Parking was easy and close to the unit. We didnt use the pool but it looked well maintained. We would definitely stay here again! ##### Janel B. It is right on the beach and the balcony is wonderful. A couple of down sides - the air conditioner is very loud like a jet taking off in the bedroom and the bed had a dip in the middle. It was very clean and looks like it was recently updated. We love the area as it is generally quiet and removed from the fray of MB/NMB. The unit was clean, and stocked with the usual kitchen amenities. Bathroom towels were provided, although we had to go out and buy bathroom soap, which we thought, maybe mistakenly, had been provided last year.The only thing I would have preferred and really missed is cable TV. I would like to have been able to watch the MB CLASSIC, since my partner was volunteering there. There was a TV in the bedroom, but it didn't seem to be hooked up. Also, upon arrival, there was no parking pass available for us to use. Luckily, we happened to catch a worker in a hallway who had access to the offices and could provide one.was working there. ##### Barbara Z. Had a few issues, outdated security code for the pool and no parking pass, which we resolved. Coffee pot did not work, but there was an individual cup there that did.
