They got it at least a week in advance. I was told I would get the code to the door at precisely 4 p.m. No code at 4 and they asked for all the above information all over again. No extra toilet paper, no paper towels, no laundry detergent pods, no bath soap, very few kitchen utensils, filthy patio carpet and uncomfortable plastic patio chairs. We had to use the pillows on the couch for seat cushions. Sliding door to patio was stuck and had to get somebody from Big Fish maintenance to come in and fix it. Fitted sheet for king size bed didn’t fit the mattress. Seemed more like a queen size sheet. Big Fish reassured us it was a king size sheet that had shrunk over time. They did replace the sheet. Lots of grief for a “vacation.” ##### David R. The remodel looks great and is functional. Having towels and linens provided was so easy. I also appreciated the paper towels, TP, and soap. The building itself is a little older, but still has all the amenities to make your stay pleasurable. We even rented a jet ski from Myrtle Beach Watersports, which is right there on the ocean. The facility was well kept and the staff were friendly. The condo itself had a few issues. The dryer didnt work, there was a ceiling leak in one of the bedrooms, and the kitchen was minimal with utensils, pans, etc. There were a few other cosmetic issues that could cause a safety problem. All things were reported. Nothing was fixed during our stay which was a Thursday to Monday. If we were there a full week that would have made it a bigger issue. ##### Rhonda B.
