The building is well maintained and staff is friendly. There isn't a front desk, you need to use the lock box to obtain the keys to enter the building. It's important to read the instructions to avoid delays getting in. We were pleased that the unit had quality cookware and enough for a large family. It is important to read the details of the contract and follow the check out requirements to avoid additional charges. It is relatively simple requests to avoid problems for the next guests.
