We were initially a little hesitant to book due to the lack of reviews. iTrip explained this was a new property so we took a chance and it did not disappoint. The condo was clean and well appointed. The master bedroom was massive with a great views. Easy access to Barefoot Landing and all its restaurants and shopping. Most of all we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony with our coffee in the morning enjoying the view of the intercoastal waterway, it was so peaceful. Great view from the balcony. Checkin process required going to an off-site office to retrieve keys and parking pass. Unit was clean but very dated and showing its age. Coffee maker was not cleaned out after previous guests. We found it impossible to watch regular TV, we could not watch golf on a major TV network. Insufficient supply of toilet paper and towels. One of the departure requirements was to load and start the dishwasher, but no dishwasher soap or pod was provided (luckily I brought some). The elevator was exceptionally speedy! The codes change every month and the May code was not active on May 1 and was not active when we left on May 4\. With the help of the desk and a nice resident we were able to get in. The contact number for emergencies was very responsive.The furniture was just as described. The bed was a bit high and soft. All the small appliances you need are there and in working order( we used Keurig, iron, frig, TV) TV in the bedroom was very small. And the towels were small, thin and dingy looking.The Wi Fi is not secure.My biggest issue was the smell coming from the bathroom. It smelled like mold/mildew. There was a buildup of mold and mildew in the master shower. I sent a message to the contact given-they responded and said they sent a tech to look at it and said that the tech said he didnā€™t smell anything. Not sure if the tech LOOKED, but the last response was from the desk was ā€™It looks like the shower needs caulking.Not sure what you want me to doā€™. I told them that I can clearly see MOLD building up in the shower and I sent pictures. Apr 25, 2025 #### Golf trip The condo was spacious and included all the necessary tools and accessories. The kitchen could use some dish towels. Plenty of pots, plans, plates etc. the views from both the bedroom and main living area was wonderful. Parking was easy with plenty of spots. The bedrooms were also large. A few additional bed linens would have been nice but with a large washer and dryer it was good. Large size furniture made our stay very comfortable. We had 3 sets of friends stay in barefoot and all loved our spot especially to host a card game or dinner. The pool was excellent.
