Full of delightful coastal decor, this 2BR/2BA North Myrtle Beach condo is just steps from the beach and includes shared access to a huge, unheated outdoor pool and a hot tub that’s heated in winter months. A private front balcony has a table for alfresco dining, and a rear balcony with four custom-made chairs boasts beautiful views over a freshwater lake. This condo has beautiful hardwood floors featured in an open living space. Relax and settle in for a movie night on the 56” TV. You can whip up tasty home-cooked meals in the open kitchen, outfitted with classic white cabinetry and beautiful countertops. Make use of the Keurig and enjoy morning coffee at the four-person kitchen bar, or gather at the dining table for four. The coastal ambience continues in the master bedroom, where a king bed offers lie-in-bed lake views and an en-suite bathroom comes with a tub/shower combination. Replete with bright seaside decor, the second bedroom offers a queen bed, a full-size futon, and a 26” TV. A rustic-chic sliding barn door leads to an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms also have access to the lakefront balcony. Each en-suite can also be accessed from the hallway. Complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washer/dryer, and reserved driveway parking for two vehicles (parked in tandem) are provided. Beach gear (chairs, toys, umbrellas, boogie boards) and fishing rods are also supplied. You’re just steps away from the golden shores of Cherry Grove Beach. After a morning on the sand, stroll 20 minutes to cast a line off Cherry Grove Fishing Pier. Spot wildlife at Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve, or walk minutes to hit the fairways at the nearby Surf Golf & Beach Club. Additional local shops and popular eateries are a 10-minute stroll away. Attractions such as OD Pavilion Amusement Park and Professor Hacker's Dinosaur Adventure Mini Golf are just a short drive away. You're also a quick drive from the nearby Walmart and Publix. We spent a week in this condo. Four adults and one child. Everyone was very comfortable, pool was nice and never crowded. Beach was a short, convenient walk and location was short drive to restaurants/stores. The community was quiet with a wide range of people. The people we met that live in the community year round were super nice and welcoming. Condo was clean, well stocked and owners were attentive when contacted them about an issue with the sink. The development was quiet and clean. The development is surrounded by a lake of sorts with turtles and ducks which my kids enjoyed feeding. We did fish in the lake/pond but never caught anything. The condo is a top level unit and must be accessed via the stairs. The images and virtual tour do not give this property justice. It is more beautiful in person amd exactly as described in the info section. There were cleaning supplies, beach equipment, books, board games, dvds, etc. The cherry grove fishing pier is about a mile away but there is a pay per day parking lot adjacent to the pier (10$ all day) There are several cute mom and pop type places a few blocks away and chainstores and shopping options are a 10 minute drive away. This location is so convenient. This was our first time staying at a property that wasn't oceanfront but the quietness and serenity of the condo and development are worth it. The lock code was a little difficult to remember as it was several numbers and it locks everytime you shut the door but you can access the unit through the sliding door to avoid entering the code each time. It took several cycles to dry a small load of clothes and I could not figure out how to notify the owners or rental agency. The air conditioner also kept automatically changing to 76 degrees and we never really got the hang of the thermostat. Overall this was an amazing getaway and I highly recommend this condo!! There was even a sweet welcome note from the owners. ##### Beverly G. My best friend and I rented this cute condo for our annual girls beach trip. We absolutely loved it! The house was clean, cute, and comfortable! It took us about 5 minutes to walk to the beach and it was an easy and flat walk to pull our wagon. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone looking! ##### Rachel S.
