The inviting entryway welcomes you in with brand new floors to the 3rd (Queen) and 4th (2 doubles) bedrooms as well as the Jack and Jill large full bathroom. The bathroom features all new fixtures, mirror, cabinet doors, paint and flooring. Both bedrooms feature a new smart TV, furniture, mattress and bedding. Down the hall to the left, you will find the 2nd bedroom (1 queen/1full) with a full bathroom. This bathroom also features new fixtures, mirror, cabinet doors, paint and flooring. Next, you’ll make your way into the new kitchen featuring new light fixtures, quartz countertops, backsplash, floors, sink fixtures and appliances. The kitchen has been fully stocked with everything you could need to enjoy your meals together. For coffee lovers, we have a Keurig that uses pods for a single cup or coffee grounds for a pot to share. The dining area features a large table that can seat up to 8 people as well as 5 stools at the bar countertop. We do provide a child’s booster seat that straps to the chair if you need one. From here we have an open living room area with spectacular views of the ocean. You can enjoy them from a seat on the new sofa. There is also a new smart TV, board games, puzzles and books. To the left of the living area is the master suite (king) with a large bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub for ultimate relaxation. There is a pack and play available for use in the closet (no sheet provided). You can wake up to the sunrise and views of the ocean from your own private door to the large balcony. We have added new rocking chairs and a dining set if you wish to spend your mealtime outside. Emerald Cove 1 condominium features an outdoor pool and hot tub. We also have direct access to the beach. We are located just 1.3 miles to Barefoot Landing, restaurants and close to many area attractions; including Broadway at the Beach, Pirates Voyage, Duplin Winery, Grand Prix Amusement Park, Alligator Adventure, golf courses, Top Golf, miniature golf courses, and so much more. Linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee as well as an essential starter pack(3 rolls of TP, travel size shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion for each BA, hand soap, small dish soap, 2 dish pods and sponge, 1 paper towel roll, 1 trash bag per can). Jun 1, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Perfect location in a great condo My family stayed for the week of Memorial Day at the Emerald Oasis. We had plenty of room for all 8 of us including our 4 adult children. The space was recently renovated and well decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessities and everything was very clean. The check-in process was easy as well. This is an end unit so it was very nice to have the extra windows as well as not have neighbors on both sides of us. The parking was also plentiful.When we an issue with the handle on the sliding glass door, Tara was very responsive and had a handy man there the same day to complete the repair.We were very pleased with the condo overall and will stay there again on future trips! Pictures are extremely accurate- beautiful condo, very spacious, everything you need. 4 adults and 2 kids with room to spare.. and everything looks brand new. Location is perfect, steps from beach, and less than 2 miles from barefoot landing. It’s technically not a handicap unit, but there are no stairs, even to access the beach. Tara responded immediately any time we had a question and offered recommendations for food nearby. This stay completely changed my somewhat negative perspective on Myrtle Beach. The number one highlight for our stay was the incredible view of the ocean. Watching the sunrise was an extraordinary experience. We loved the easy quick access to the beach. Bonus points for the family board games and enough seating for the family to enjoy. There were a few small drawbacks like not having extra trash bags for the kitchen and not realizing until we needed to replace it. It was not enough to damper our stay. ##### Rob & Lana R. Liked most things about the unit and location. Suggestions: - have more than one set of building keys. - Mattress in master and room with one queen need to be rotated or replaced. Had the feeling of falling off the side if weren't towards the middle. - Water pressure in master shower was very poor at times. - Windows very fogged between panes affected quality of view of the beach from living room and master. ##### Alex M.
