Do you like to be close to the beach and Ocean Drive? This is the place for you! This updated 2BR/2BA condo is located on the 2nd floor of Building E and is right across the street from the beach. There is a queen bed in the primary bedroom, two twins in the 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room if you need it. There is a Flat Screen TV in the living room and a TV in the bedroom. The kitchen has everything you need and has been updated with all stainless steel appliances. The unit has new flooring in the living room and is very comfortable. There is a great screened in porch so you can relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. Waipani has one of the best pools in the area. You will love relaxing by the pool and the beach is right across the street if you want to take a dip in the ocean too. Waipani is located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach so you can easily walk to Main Street to enjoy the Shag clubs or one of the restaurants located nearby. This property has a washer/dryer in the unit and also has free Wi-Fi. THIS PROPERTY IS NON-SMOKING, NO PETS OR MOTORCYCLES ALLOWED. I am praying to GOD they did not come home with us. The condo was very musty smelling by the laundry/utility closet. The boards in front of the door to enter the condo are clearly rotted and sink when you step on them. We loved the location but extremely upset about the roaches. Someone did stop by to spray, however, my 19 year old daughter was alone at the time and did not let a stranger into the unit. This is itself is very upsetting. Had the manager let us know to expect them would have been nice but no way my 19 year old daugther was allowing some guy into the unit that she did not know. There was also renovations being done at another unit and contractors were constantlh blocking the drive. We did enjoy the location and of course the beach. The AC wasn't working well in all rooms even though the vents were checked. The management company needs to be consistent with their instructions. One email said to call on Friday before checking in on Sunday and another email gave other instructions. Condo was clean, modern, no pet hair, cool and relaxing. We were told the pool was open and during the covid pandemic was a big deal so we wouldn’t have to go anywhere else. But the community pool was closed and this was not communicated to us when we made reservation.
