It’s a typical beach house and it fit our needs nicely. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary items, and it had a nice roomy screen porch. However, the bed linens were thread bare and worn. The sleeping pillows were old and pretty gross. And the cushions on the deck furniture should have been replaced years ago. When we arrived there were several significant maintenance problems with the house, but I called the rental company and they sent a guy over and the problems were fixed promptly. ##### David S.
