Thankfully there were only 2 of us as 4 people would have been difficult. Certainly couldn't get 4 people seated on the balcony. When we arrived, the TV and internet didn't work and when I picked up the phone to call the rental agent, it didn't work either. When I did get hold of the rental agent, they said their technician was busy but would get there when he could. When I called back several hours later, they said the technician had higher priority problems and would get to us when he could. After several more calls, the technician arrived 2 days later and had difficulty correcting the issue and was dealing with the service provider hen his supervisor called him to say he had to leave because he'd been there too long. He was very apologetic but he did leave. He called later to say the service provider was going to send one of their techs the next day. That tech got the issue resolved and we then had internet and TV but never got phone service. The rental agency, Elliot Beach Rentals, was not very helpful or sympathetic through all this. We're unlikely to deal with them again. ##### Richard H.
