#### Great House

Home was super clean and well stocked. Great space and comfortable beds. Extremely quiet and peaceful too. Starter shampoo and conditioner are the 2 in 1 which don't work for everyone's hair so if that's you bring your own! Plenty of towels and extra pillows which was appreciated. But the BEST part was the easy and effortless check out procedures. So many vacation rentals charge astronomical cleaning fees but require you to do SO much at checkout which I always hated. Not this place though! Make sure trash is in the can, dishes in the sink, and towels on the floor and that's it! Super easy and quick! Would definitely book again!

#### A lot to like but not as advertised 

Note: The private dock is condemned and blocked off. Was disappointed to discover upon arrival as we were not made aware before our arrival with 5 teenage boys eager to fish!!! Only other downside is the house next door is having a pool installed and started construction every day before 8am and went until 5:30pm. Not a lot of peace and quiet to be had…The yard on that side of the fence has also washed out and one of our dogs escaped before we realized it. Hopefully temporary and pool will be done in a couple months.Besides that, we had a great beach trip staying here with 5 adults and 5 teenagers. The separate bunk house worked great for the teenagers as well as the outdoor showers. The house was clean, comfortable and all the kitchen essentials. The location was great for us with water views from front and back and easy walk to a great beach. The maintenance company was super responsive and dropped a new microwave off same day when I let them know it was dead. The private pool is very small and more for soaking to cooling off from the heat vs any swimming.
