Guest access Guests of this stunning home have complete access to every room, amenity, and the spacious outdoor area! 8 days prior to arrival, guests will receive an email with all the check-in information as well as a code for the doors. Other things to note. SUPPLIES - To ensure your stay with me is comfortable, I've provided the essential supplies. This is just a little something to help you and your guests enjoy your stay. Please note, while this is intended to cover your stay, should you run out, additional supplies will not be provided. BABY ITEMS To ensure the smallest of family members have what they need, a pack-n-play, crib sheets, highchair, infant bathing tub, and a few toys are provided. BEACH EQUIPMENT To ensure you have everything for the beach, I provide Tommy Bahamas Back-Pack Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrellas, sand anchors, a soft cooler, sand toys, beach towels and a beach wagon to easily carry it to the beach. TV/STREAMING The property features all state-of-the-art smart TVs with access to streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, and more. Please note that guests need to use their own accounts for these services. I do provide cable TV. Enjoy your entertainment experience! PET-FRIENDLY Bring your furry friends along for the exciting vacation! We happily accept pets of all shapes and sizes with the payment of our non-refundable pet fee of $150\. This covers up to 2 pets for the duration of the stay. Each additional pet is subject to approval and will cost $75 per pet. To ensure cleanliness and avoid additional cleaning fees, we kindly request that owners promptly pick up their pets' waste and refrain from allowing pets on beds and furniture. NO PARTIES/EVENTS We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any guests found to be hosting an event or party without prior approval will be subject to immediate eviction without the possibility of reimbursement. REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT A 100% refundable security deposit hold in the amount of $500 is required. It is a credit card hold and it will be automatically released within 3 days from departure. The fact that every bedroom has its own bathroom made this an ideal vacation home. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean and well stocked. The location on the channel is beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at the water. It was a very easy walk to the beach. Communication with the owner/property manager was also great. The number of bedrooms - all with their own bathroom - was great. The house was well stocked with everything from beach towels, chairs, toys and wagons. When we arrived, there were only two beach chairs in the garage, which was a little disappointing since beach chairs were one of the reasons I picked this house. I let the property manager know, and within an hour, the owner personally showed up with brand new Tommy Bahama chairs. She was so sweet and accommodating—I really believe she had no idea they were missing.The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 6 teens. We spent most of our time hanging out in the outdoor area, which was such a great space. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes—a little farther than I expected, but totally manageable and not a deal-breaker at all.The teens loved the front porch bean bags, and honestly, so did the adults! If you stay here, you have to try them at least once—super comfy.The kitchen had everything we needed, and we cooked a couple of meals during our stay. Overall, it was a great house with thoughtful touches and awesome hospitality. We’d definitely stay again! ##### Nichole C. Each year we take a trip for a golf outing/ reunion. We have atayed at many rental properties in many locations but to a man our entire group was overwhelmed by Katies house.First of all, the property is at a great location, close to the beach, on a canal at Cherry Grove Beach, convenient to sp much. Next was the layout, 6 bedrooms, 6 baths, 4 decks and so much open space. The house was immaculate when we arrive and equipted with everything anyone could need. Every room has a TV, the kitchen was fully equipted and everything in the house was in excellent condition.For the price, the house is more than worth every penny, our entire group would recomend it. Great for a guys golf trip, family beach trip, girls get-a-way.Best of all is how Kaite is always available for any assistance you may need or to check with you to see how your stay is going. Shs hands on and makes sure everything is the way you want it to be.Thank you Katie. We enjoyed it all. ##### Lou S. When we arrived, check in was very simple. The house looked and smelled clean. The photos were spot on. Communication with Renea was excellent! It is very nice to have the personal connection she provided. The home was a little farther from the beach than we would have preferred, but we knew that going in. We rented a golf cart and it was no problem at all. It was very nice being on the canal. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and plan to return for our annual family beach trip next year! ##### Darlene R. This was the cleanest and most well-maintained property we have ever stayed in! Everything was pristine and NOTHING was broken, which we have never experienced in the many rentals we have stayed in the past. The house more than accommodated our group of 11, and with room to spare. You can tell the owner takes so much pride in her property! We had to reach out a couple of times for very minor issues, and she was very responsive. The walk to the beach was about 6 minutes from door to sand. We had plenty of space both inside as well as outside on the various patios. Most nights were spent playing corn hole near the water and utilizing the outdoor bar! The house was beautiful and very clean. There was plenty of parking for our group of 10 and just a quick walk or golf cart ride to the beach!
