The neighborhood feels less commercialized than other parts of Myrtle Beach. Overall, North Myrtle Beach tends to be less crowded and loud than Myrtle Beach. You are in close proximity to the beach and you can drive in just a few minutes to Main Street for dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Be sure to check out neighborhood favorite, Melt Ice Cream!  
  
Getting Around:  
  
We highly recommend having a car for transport! However, there are also taxis and Ubers.  
  
\*\*\*Take Hwy for easy access from every direction to the beach and all main attractions.\*\*\*  
  
Parking at the beach: Between March 1 – October 1, 2022 a daily parking fee of $2 per hour will be in place from 9 a.m.- 5.pm. in public parking lots on either side of Ocean Boulevard. You can download the Passport Parking app and pay directly from your phone.

Proximité et accès facile à la très belle plage. Prenez note que c’est un vieux bâtiment rénové « tape à l’œil » donc insonorisation très déficiente entre les étages, visez les étages supérieurs! Équipement de cuisine très pauvre. Le voisinage est très beau et sécuritaire. À éviter à tout prix les festivals de Bikers (motos), on s’est fait prendre…

"Thank you for providing a place for us to stay during our vacation. Unfortunately, our experience at the duplex wasn’t what we had hoped for. There were a number of issues that made the stay uncomfortable — such as doors that stuck to the floors and were difficult to open, soft and cracked flooring that felt unsafe, and a general feeling of the place being outdated and not as clean as expected.The furniture, especially the beds and couch, were quite uncomfortable, and the bedding felt very rough. One safety concern was the broken bathroom threshold, which actually caused my daughter to fall while entering the shower — thankfully, she wasn't injured.I do think the place has potential, and the location is truly great. With some deeper cleaning, updates to the furniture, and a few safety fixes, it could be a much more enjoyable stay for future guest.

We had a great stay, very convenient location with beach access just across the road. Very nice to have laundry on site(bring detergent), and outside shower was helpful to keep the sand outside.

#### Love this place!!

This is the second year that we have stayed at Beach Nest 1\. The condo is clean, and has everything you could want in a beach rental. Location is great, and pet friendly is a plus. Emily is just a texted away if you ever need anything. Would recommend this condo to other family and pet friendly owners.

Good spot and good place. Only issue is the beds are hard as a rock. They said everyone’s preferences are different and mine is not a rock. … well taken care of but the master bed is the worst bed I have ever slept on.

#### Convenient location, close to beach 

This was our 2nd stay here. We love the location of the condo and it’s literally a 2 minute walk across the street to the beach! The host is easy to communicate with and allowed our fur babies to come! Highly recommend!

Really loved the Beach Nest #1\. Very clean and had everything you would need for a great vacation. It is located in a great location with public access to beach right across the street. There are a few minor things that could have been better one being the issue with light and fan in the bedroom with the king bed (The property manager was in the process of fixing this issue before we left) but it was still an issue when we left, you could not watch the TV in the other bedroom due to the wi-fi buffering or audio being distorted. The tub in the bathroom with the two beds would not hold water in tub so had to always take a shower. With all this being said, once these issues are addressed, and I'm sure they will be, this will be an awesome place. Also it was wonderful that this was pet friendly. We had an awesome time. Will very much consider this place again next year when we book. Thank you so much for all you help..

Clean and well equipped. Great beach access within minutes! Upon arrival owner was notified that main living area floor was caving (maybe water damage from washer?). Seemed to have gotten worse during the 15 day stay. We mentioned it to his property manager and the cleaning inspector , who was aware. Felt like this was a tad dangerous and shd have been addressed before arrival.

#### Cutest condo, amazing location and pet friendly!!

My 2 children and I stayed here with our two dogs and it was amazing. The location was unbeatable - just a 2 minute walk across the street and we were on the beach! Our dogs had the time of their lives playing in the sand and water. Communication with the owner was so helpful and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. 10/10 would stay here again!

2nd rental with Emily. We were disappointed with the unit compared to the one we had last year a little bit further north on the same street. The online pictures are better than the reality. Need some fixes and it was mentioned to their maintenance guy that was around one day. Insulation very thin, could be noisy at some time. Although clean, modern look, extra blankets. The kitchen and bathroom has mostly everything needed. Location is great. Beach is across the street and easy access. Communication with the owner was great.

#### GREAT UNIT GREAT LOCATION

Great location right across from beach access. Private balcony. Recently remodeled. The 2 bedrooms each have their own bathroom. Loved it!!! First rental through VRBO that only communicates through VRBO (or the rental agency you book through, no phone number) and I had to sign in or look through several emails which I found cumbersome but that's just my opinion.
