Great First floor condo in Cherry Grove with balcony! Condo sleeps four with two bedrooms and one bath. Close to Dining, Shopping & Sunshine in Cherry Grove! Enjoy the lake views from the balcony or take a short stroll to the beach. Large swimming pool with sundeck area available during the summer season. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property and you must stay for the duration of the reservation. Absolutely NO house parties. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO MOTORCYCLES Summer rentals only. The Space: The unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and sleeps 4 guests. The master bedroom has 1 Queen and bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds. No smoking, no pets, no motorcycles, no trailers, no RV's, no golf carts. The Main bedroom has one queen bed with serene views. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with tv's. The living area offers a comfortable seating area, TV with cable and a relaxing view of nature. The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay. Balcony overlooks the lake. Community pool just steps away as well as laundry room. Maximum two (2) automobiles per property. Permits will be issued if required. No more than 2 permits will be issued. All vehicles in violation will be towed by the City the of North Myrtle Beach at the vehicle owners expense. Guest Access: Guests will pick up and return key(s) to the rental office. The Neighborhood: Close to IGA grocery store, miniature golf, ice cream, restaurants and more to enjoy. The deadbolt was broken and wouldn’t work. We waited almost two hours on it getting fixed before we were able to get in, not to mention it also felt unsafe having no deadbolt to use. We were told it was going to be replaced, but it never was. The condo itself was extremely dated and had a musty smell. The smoke detector kept beeping which required yet another maintenance visit for it to be fixed. The radio and tv worked intermittently. I brought these issues up and basically got a very curt “sorry” and that’s it. Would mot recommend staying there. ##### Rebekah L.
