Our coastal villa has everything needed for a vacation in style, luxury, and comfort. Enjoy gorgeous new flooring and furnishings, huge flat screen TVs, and a private balcony with breathtaking views of the iconic Intracoastal Waterway.
The living room overlooks the waterway and boasts a comfortable sofa, hard flooring, smart 65” flat screen TV, and lovely high ceilings offering excellent natural lighting.
The private balcony is screened in and furnished for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon sundowner as the setting sun casts hues of red and orange over the water. You can enjoy watching the yachts go by and jet skis play, all from the comfort of our unique home.
Our kitchen has new stainless steel appliances as well as a Keurig-style K-cup coffee maker. It is fully appointed with all dishes, glassware, cookware and utensils, and overlooks the living room and waterway.
The bedroom features a plush king size bed and 50” smart TV, while the custom designed walk-in shower is something out of a luxury magazine!
There is also a washer and dryer for your added convenience, as well as a front patio with seating overlooking the complex.

Policies:
-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.
-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.

House Rules
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
7. No Pets Allowed (includes therapy pets). Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.
